This video is re-released annually during CHD Awareness week in February. Families in Virginia, DC and nearby areas are invited to share a photo of their loved and missed CHD Warrior. This video memorial strives to honor those who did not survive to birth as well as CHD Warriors who passed away in childhood or adulthood.
