Your donation will support our programs in Virginia including the Zipperstrong Project as well as distribution of Conquering CHD Kits. These care packages are delivered to to prenatally-diagnosed families and patients facing an upcoming surgery or cath lab visit.

Their kits provide resources about Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), a personal connection and encouragement. They are designed by families who've "been there" and know what it’s like to face open-heart surgery for themselves or their child or to spend a day in the cath lab.

We also fill prize chests to brighten up catheterization lab clinic visits and offer special memory boxes to hospitals for bereaved families.

 

Our state chapter is entirely volunteer run and we greatly appreciate every level of support!
